Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise in Quality Engineering and testing domains such as automation, performance, data integrity, artificial intelligence, and both white-box and black-box methods to guide test planning activities.
- Ensure high-standard delivery by executing manual and automated testing, covering functional, system-level, data, and AI components comprehensively.
- Lead or support the creation and execution of end-to-end test strategies, quality assurance processes, and related documentation for designated projects.
- Keep detailed records of test cases and results, and provide timely feedback to project stakeholders.
- Verify that all quality engineering outputs meet defined quality benchmarks and are aligned with project goals and industry best practices.
- Participate in or oversee defect triage sessions to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
- Create and validate test data, data workflows, and supporting infrastructure from both functional and system viewpoints.
- Assess and validate machine learning models, including large language models, focusing on prompt resilience, output accuracy, and performance indicators.
- Guide junior staff, advocate for quality engineering standards, and support ongoing improvements within the QE function.
