AuditBoard is hiring a Senior Commercial Counsel - West. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the Western Region of the US, focused on Enterprise deals. You will support two to three Area Directors and their teams, independently leading legal negotiations with customers and providing guidance on a variety of transactions as the company scales.
What You'll Do
- Independently lead legal negotiations with customers.
- Provide general guidance on various transactions including subscription agreements, vendor agreements, and partner agreements.
- Shape key initiatives designed to streamline AuditBoard’s contracting process.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of in-house transactional experience with direct interaction with customers, vendors, partners, and internal executives.
- 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements, Amendments, and Order Forms with enterprise customers.
- Understanding of the full contract lifecycle from NDA through signature.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in your state of residence.
