WorkGarden is looking for a Senior C#/.NET Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust applications. Working within cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into technical specifications and help mentor junior engineers.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Write clean, scalable code and conduct code reviews to maintain high development standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications and services for better performance.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their growth.
- Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to help drive innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with at least 5 years in C# and .NET technology stacks.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience with back-end technologies, SQL databases, and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
