What You'll Do
- Manage more than performing hands-on tasks yourself, preparing to lead teams and run a business.
- Take responsibility for your team and customers as a Team Lead.
- Work and earn like a self-employed professional, but with the security of a permanent German employment contract.

What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of professional experience in Cloud/Platform Development or DevOps.
- Significant expertise in cloud infrastructures and deployment processes.
- Several years of experience with at least two of the major cloud providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong focus and deep expertise in one or more programming languages: Python, C++, C, Rust, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to take responsibility as a Team Lead.
- A Growth Mindset and a strong desire to continually advance personally and professionally.
- A conviction that your potential is far from exhausted.
