Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AWS migration solutions using core services such as EC2, Lambda, VPC, RDS, S3, DMS, and AMS.
- Partner with clients to evaluate existing on-premises systems and determine the most effective cloud migration approaches.
- Apply the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) to ensure cloud strategies support both business objectives and technical requirements.
- Automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Manage and tune Linux-based systems, including SUSE, CentOS, and RedHat, within AWS environments.
- Assess and integrate cloud migration tools such as CloudEndure, AWS Migration Hub, AWS Backup, and Elastic Disaster Recovery.
- Map application dependencies and group workloads to streamline migration processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in evaluating cloud readiness, developing migration roadmaps, and guiding modernization discussions with clients and stakeholders.
- Support security and compliance initiatives by detecting and resolving risks in cloud infrastructure deployments.
- Keep up with advancements in AWS services and lead training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities for teams and clients.
