#paid is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager based in Los Angeles to manage and grow strategic client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success on our creator marketing platform.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key LA-based clients
- Develop and execute success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for client needs and platform improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing landscapes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable plans
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. The successful candidate must be based in or near the Los Angeles area to effectively serve our local client base.
