Responsibilities
- Serve as the main insights contact for sales teams, collaborating with new business and account growth units to grasp client objectives.
- Create and present high-level summaries that turn intricate data into actionable strategic guidance.
- Lead joint workshops and planning sessions with internal and external partners to connect insights with strategic goals.
- Formulate assumptions about consumer actions, product engagement, and market trends, then collaborate with data specialists to verify results.
- Design and execute strategies to expand insights capabilities within the middle market segment.
- Address spontaneous business inquiries by delivering tailored, data-backed solutions that go beyond standard reporting tools.
- Organize and run biannual insight forums highlighting recent analytical findings and strategic recommendations.
- Assemble a unified repository of insight materials for use by the sales division.
- Keep informed on evolving industry dynamics, analytical methodologies, and emerging technologies.
- Support the creation and sharing of internal knowledge assets and client-ready content.
