This role is responsible for managing client operations and supporting the sales lifecycle from quote to fulfillment. You'll act as a key point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination across all stages of the customer journey. Your work will directly impact order accuracy, client satisfaction, and compliance with contractual and procedural standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and accurate support
- Manage the full order lifecycle, verifying accuracy, tracking fulfillment, and resolving shipping issues
- Prepare and submit sales quotes using internal systems, ensuring correct pricing and terms
- Research product specifications and coordinate procurement access as needed
- Administer pricing agreements, contract terms, and special bid approvals
- Monitor open returns and ensure timely follow-up
- Set up and maintain client account information including billing and shipping details
- Support sales teams with account updates, reporting, and project assistance
- Provide status updates and ad hoc information to stakeholders as required
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience in a client-facing or operations role. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight service level agreements. You must be able to build trust quickly with clients and colleagues, present information clearly to management teams, and solve problems efficiently. Experience with contract compliance and pricing systems is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from any location. Employees may choose to work from an international destination for up to 30 consecutive days each year. Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $40,000 to $44,000 annually, with additional bonus potential based on performance.
