Giant Pumpkin is hiring a Senior Client Account Manager for a core people management role overseeing a team of client account managers and our largest, most complex global accounts. You will be responsible for training, developing, and hiring team members, implementing efficient processes, and serving as a strategic client contact.
What You'll Do
- Manage, grow, and train a team of client account managers, ensuring efficiency and correct use of systems and processes.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact and manage key accounts in Thailand from initial sale to implementation and ongoing support.
- Work with business development to attend client meetings and understand client long-term objectives.
- Look for new opportunities to elevate existing accounts by offering missing solutions that address client needs.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless client interaction and quick issue resolution.
- Lead regular strategic business reviews with key clients, presenting performance insights and proposing new initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7 years in a proven client account management position in digital signage or technology solutions with global clients.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
- Proven experience working in digital signage or technology solutions with Thai-based clients.
- Systems literate and English language fluent.
- Able to make quick, well-thought-out decisions and collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Currently living and working in Bangkok or have worked there previously.
- Have exposure to managing and growing both Thai and International teams.
- Comfortable using CRMs to track performance and understand client accounts from a data perspective.
- Capable of preparing and presenting presentations internally and to external clients.
- A natural leader and people person, driven by purpose and improvement.
