The Quality Group, home to the brands ESN and More Nutrition, is hiring a (Senior) Category Manager (gn) to drive growth in key channels like food, drugstore, OOH/convenience, and sports. You will develop strategies based on shopper insights to increase revenue and engagement, helping us achieve our mission to rethink nutrition.

What You'll Do

• Design sales floor layouts based on shopper insights and develop solutions that boost revenue and engagement in prioritized channels.
• Drive the implementation of the Perfect Store strategy, from strategic product placement to improving the entire customer journey.
• Develop individual planograms and shelf solutions that optimally present our products.
• Be responsible for the conception, installation, and maintenance of our B2B displays and work closely with suppliers.
• Develop point-of-sale materials and training documents that sustainably support category growth.
• Become a sought-after Category Advisor and lead joint initiatives for category growth development with trade partners.

What We're Looking For

• Deep knowledge of FMCG products and categories and current market trends.
• Understanding of buyer and retailer needs to optimize the shopping experience through thoughtful merchandising strategies.
• Use understanding of buyer psychology to influence purchasing decisions with targeted product placement and promotions.
• Think strategically and develop marketing plans based on long-term goals.
• Confident handling of Nielsen data and classic retail KPIs from GfK to make data-driven decisions.
• Clear, persuasive communication and comfort in cross-functional teams.
• Confident demeanor and ability to represent our category leadership externally.
• Maintain an overview of multiple projects in a dynamic environment and ensure smooth operations.
