Kyra is hiring a Senior Campaign Manager to be the engine that powers our creator campaigns from start to finish. You’ll bring structure, energy, and problem-solving to ensure everything runs on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day management of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals.
- Be the main point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by delivering clear, proactive communication.
- Anticipate client needs and ensure campaigns exceed expectations.
- Source, brief, and manage creators throughout campaign lifecycles.
- Ensure content meets brand guidelines, cultural nuance, and campaign objectives.
- Track campaign performance using Kyra's proprietary platform and analytics tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign/project management.
- Practical experience with negotiation and contracting for creators.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Must be able to work US hours (EST/CT/PST).
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at speed.
- Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders with ease.
