Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance both immediate and long-term success of field opportunities
- Produce consulting materials for internal training and customer-facing use, especially after product launches or when practice gaps are identified
- Guide sales personnel unfamiliar with value consulting, while advancing the overall value-selling expertise across teams
- Interact with clients using value-driven methodologies to craft persuasive stories around current challenges, future goals, benefits of transformation, and execution strategies
- Apply financial, technical, and business assessments to evaluate customer baselines and target capabilities
- Formulate and deliver business cases showing the anticipated impact of adopting new solutions
- Convert technical insights and proposals into clear business outcomes for executive stakeholders
