About the Role
This position is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with automotive dealerships and original equipment manufacturers to expand adoption of in-vehicle services. The manager will support distribution strategies, ensure partner compliance, and meet regional performance targets through proactive engagement and market analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with automotive dealerships and OEM partners across a designated region
- Drive adoption and activation of in-vehicle connected services through targeted outreach
- Conduct regular field visits to support sales teams and monitor program performance
- Deliver training sessions and sales enablement materials to dealership staff
- Track and report on key performance metrics including activation rates and customer satisfaction
- Identify market opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to improve results
- Ensure partner compliance with brand and service delivery standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational or technical issues
- Support onboarding of new dealership locations into the network
- Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions and sales activities
- Develop territory plans to maximize service penetration and revenue growth
- Respond to partner inquiries and provide timely follow-up on escalations
- Promote product updates and new feature rollouts to dealer networks
- Monitor competitive activity and report insights to leadership
- Facilitate communication between field operations and corporate stakeholders
- Execute marketing initiatives tailored to regional market needs
- Assist in forecasting sales volume and activation trends
- Attend industry events and trade shows as required
- Support audit processes to verify program adherence
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology trends
- Use CRM tools to manage accounts and track performance data
- Deliver periodic business reviews with key partners
