Manulife Financial Corporation is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track AI/STP program KPIs and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with program leads to define measurement frameworks aligned to strategic goals
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across transformation streams
  • Support data quality audits and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights
  • Secondary focus on experimenting, building, and deploying low-code capabilities to support AI and Straight-Through Processing (STP) initiatives in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Services team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the development of BI capabilities supporting low-code, IDP, and orchestration initiatives
