Blau Farmacêutica is looking for a Senior Business Effectiveness Analyst to provide critical market intelligence and strategic planning for our public sector and Ministry of Health channels. You will be responsible for sales forecasting, performance analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry.
What You'll Do
- Design sales projections for the public channel and Ministry of Health, track sales effectiveness, and review monthly projections.
- Develop the Bidding Clipping with area performance.
- Cross-reference analytical information from IQVIA, Licitasys, and internal data.
- Perform market share, growth, trend, and competitive movement analyses.
- Identify growth opportunities and strategic risks for the portfolio.
- Build dashboards and management reports with performance indicators (MAT, YTD, MQT, CAGR, etc.).
- Prepare strategic analyses to support leadership decisions.
- Support the construction of strategic marketing plans and tactical plans for portfolio products.
- Develop analyses for defining medical segmentation and account prioritization.
- Support the development of strategic materials for the sales force.
- Contribute with analyses for promotional campaigns and growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Complete undergraduate degree in Business Administration.
- Experience in Market Intelligence, Strategic Marketing, or Business Analytics.
- Experience with pharmaceutical market data analysis (IQVIA, Close-Up, audits).
- Experience in building strategic presentations for leadership.
- Advanced Excel.
- Advanced PowerPoint.
- Data analysis and dashboard building.
- Knowledge of market metrics (MAT, YTD, MQT, CAGR, Market Share, etc.).
- Analytical capacity and strategic vision.
- English language proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Power BI / Tableau.
- Knowledge of the hospital / non-retail market.
- Postgraduate/MBA - In progress in Project Management or Business Management.
