Sigma Software is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to work closely with stakeholders, translating business questions into analytical requirements. You will explore data to uncover trends and opportunities, and create actionable insights through dashboards and reports using leading visualization tools.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical requirements
- Explore datasets and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Design and build dashboards and analytical reports using Apache Superset, Power BI, or Tableau
- Create prototypes of analytical reports and visualizations to validate ideas before development
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to define data requirements and improve data structures
- Contribute to the evolution of the Data Platform and reporting ecosystem
- Help stakeholders interpret data and make informed decisions
- Facilitate discussions around metrics, KPIs, and data quality
- Prepare documentation and conduct demo sessions for stakeholders
