Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary is hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Product Modelling Expert) to drive the structured, digital description of products and services for large B2B customers. You will own product models throughout their lifecycle, laying the foundation for offerings sold via our ITSM platform.
What You'll Do
- Lay the foundation for a structured, digital description of products and services for large B2B customers.
- Collaborate with Solution Design on customer-specific items and Portfolio Management on standard products based on overall prioritization.
- Extract and structure all relevant product information, including product structure, order parameters, dependencies, and order workflows.
- Ensure product models have an appropriate level of complexity, balancing simplicity with sufficiency for ITSM use cases.
- Create product models in a Catalog Management Tool (to be introduced in 2026) or document them for implementation.
- Build, manage, and continuously extend a reusable product model library.
- Own and maintain product models throughout the product and contract lifecycle.
- Define, align, and evolve product modelling guidelines for the ITSM platform team.
- Take end-to-end ownership of selected product models, from information gathering and definition to compatibility checks, implementation (or handover), and adaptation over time.
- Maintain and govern the product model library for future reuse.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English, as it is the daily working language.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in TM Forum–based product modelling.
- Strong analytical skills to map complex B2B products into structured models.
- Solid understanding of B2B products (e.g., Connectivity, Security, LAN) and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience with large B2B contracts and related operational processes.
- Knowledge of the TDG organization and internal stakeholder network.
- Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
Work Mode
This role operates in local-country mode, based in Hungary.
