About the Role
An experienced Senior Business Analyst is required to drive major business and technology projects with a focus on digital and artificial intelligence programs delivered via Agile-Scrum frameworks. The role involves partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design solutions that deliver measurable value to members, customers, and internal teams across diverse and complex domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle business analysis tasks such as scoping, planning, gathering requirements, and documenting processes across waterfall, hybrid, and agile project environments.
- Perform in-depth analysis of stakeholders and assess impacts across operations, personnel, technology, and work practices.
- Assist in shaping and refining delivery roadmaps to ensure they support business goals and strategic objectives.
- Support planning across teams and help coordinate delivery timelines for two distinct AI-focused workstreams.
- Lead discovery, scoping, planning, analysis, and documentation for business analysis outputs.
- Record business processes, rules, requirements, expected benefits, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Work with Product Owners across streams to refine backlogs, evaluate options, and define value metrics.
- Develop well-structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with user experience standards and business rules.
- Identify key stakeholders and lead workshops and refinement sessions to gather input and build consensus.
- Document current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes, workflows, and digital user experiences.
- Evaluate business rules, interdependencies, risks, and benefits linked to proposed changes.
- Engage with internal functions such as risk, compliance, legal, and operations to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Partner with delivery squads to establish success measures and acceptance conditions.
- Facilitate refinement and story elaboration meetings and actively participate in Scrum events led by the Scrum Master.
- Coordinate with support units to develop user guides and training resources.
- Prepare transition documentation and assist in knowledge transfer activities.
- Share key findings and best practices with the Business Analyst community.
