Willow Health is hiring a Senior Brand Designer to lead the development and execution of our brand across physical and digital touchpoints. You will focus heavily on product packaging, label systems, and print deliverables while ensuring visual consistency and high-quality brand expression.

What You'll Do

Ensure brand consistency across all products, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints.
Translate concepts, strategies, and creative direction into compelling visual executions.
Contribute to the evolution of the brand as new products and categories are introduced.
Design product packaging for supplements, skincare, and future product lines.
Create scalable packaging systems that can expand across multiple SKUs.
Prepare production-ready files for packaging and printed materials.
Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure accurate execution of materials, finishes, and colors.
Develop high-quality visuals for digital and printed materials.
Work independently to manage your own workflow and maintain high-quality output.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design Leads, and other team members.
Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Use AI-powered tools and visualization techniques to quickly prototype and explore packaging directions.
Develop visual presentations to communicate product concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
