What You'll Do
Shape how the brand is experienced in real-world and digital settings, including trade shows, customer events, and virtual platforms. Lead the creation of immersive environments—from booth layouts to signage systems—ensuring each element aligns with brand standards.
Design cohesive identities that span physical spaces and digital interfaces, including presentations, event websites, and social content. Develop storyboards and screen-based motion elements for keynotes and live moments.
Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to execute high-impact experiences. Guide external vendors and agencies with clear art direction, and maintain quality control from file setup to on-site delivery.
Requirements
- 6+ years in brand or experiential design with a focus on real-world events and spatial design
- Proven expertise in print production, especially large-format and event-related materials
- Strong command of Figma and ability to prepare final files in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience across physical, digital, and motion design mediums
- Ability to lead projects independently in a fast-moving, low-process environment
- Skilled at balancing creative vision with timelines, budgets, and logistical constraints
- Confident in presenting and justifying design decisions to stakeholders
- Systems-oriented thinker who builds scalable solutions for global use
- Background in B2B or technology sectors preferred
