Derex Technologies Inc is hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer (f/m/d) to join our small, focused team. You will take on tasks across the entire development path, contributing to data structures, scalability, and code quality while helping shape our platform. What You'll Do

Work closely with the technical lead on tasks spanning the entire development lifecycle.
Implement backend features using languages like Node.js, PHP, Python, or Go.
Handle data processing and integrate external interfaces like APIs or Excel/CSV systems.
Set up and maintain internal tools or small web modules.
Contribute significantly to data structures, logging, scalability, and code quality.
Coordinate with product and technology teams to translate requirements into clear technical steps.
Actively participate in developing AI-supported applications and automations.

What We're Looking For

Solid knowledge in a modern backend language (Node.js, PHP, Python, Go, or comparable).
Understanding of data formats (JSON, CSV, Excel) and clean data processing.
Basic understanding of DevOps or Cloud topics (e.g., Docker, Monitoring, API Design).
A structured, independent way of working and a dislike for half-finished solutions.
Willingness to take responsibility and familiarize yourself with new topics.
Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and the drive to integrate new technologies meaningfully.

Strong technical leadership skills with a focus on proactive decision-making.
