Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development including coding, system architecture, and analysis of complex systems
- Enhance application performance for high speed and scalability
- Enforce security protocols and implement data protection solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct backend development experience on large-scale systems
- Proficient in multiple programming languages, with at least three including one of: Golang, C++, Scala, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), Python, or Rust
- Proven track record resolving scalability and performance bottlenecks
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based technologies
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-driven learner with a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
- Contributions to open-source software projects
- Deep interest in and understanding of financial systems
- Experience working with blockchain platforms or protocols
