Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain backend applications to support evolving product needs.

- Work closely with Product Management to clarify and shape requirements.
- Apply sound software design principles to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Operate and support production systems at scale, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Emphasize simplicity by delivering minimal, functional, and maintainable code.
- Champion clear APIs, small pull requests, clean system design, and automation to reduce manual effort and improve maintainability.
- Integrate modern AI tools such as large language models and agents into engineering tasks to speed up coding, debugging, and documentation, while applying rigorous engineering judgment to ensure output quality and safety.
