Jobgether seeks a Senior Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend solutions for a variety of e-commerce platforms. You will focus on complex Shopware 6 projects, integrating advanced features and collaborating closely with frontend developers to ensure exceptional user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Configure, develop, and enhance Shopware 6 e-commerce platforms to meet specific client requirements.
- Implement complex backend functionalities and custom extensions for high-traffic online shops.
- Collaborate with frontend developers using Vue.js or React to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
- Explore and apply modern web technologies to improve platform performance and usability.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve workflows, features, and overall customer experience.
- Maintain high-quality coding standards and adhere to best practices in software development.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience with Shopware 6.
- Strong expertise in PHP, especially Symfony, and Python.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Proficiency with Git and standard development workflows.
- 3–5 years of practical experience in backend or full-stack development.
- A degree or professional training in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Professional German language proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
- Passion for programming, a strong sense of responsibility, quality-consciousness, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
