Tenna is seeking a Senior Back-End Software Engineer to join our Development Team. This full-time remote role is your opportunity to contribute to a critical platform from anywhere in the nation.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Lead the development of key features and improvements to our core platform.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Mentor other engineers and participate in code reviews.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in back-end software development.
- Deep expertise in at least one modern server-side language (e.g., Java, C#, Go, Python).
- Proven experience designing and scaling distributed systems and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of database design, optimization, and both SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
