Jobgether is hiring a Senior Back-End Engineer to shape the future of our high-impact, AI-powered document platform. You will directly contribute to designing, developing, and scaling our backend systems, working in a collaborative, cross-functional team to build robust and secure document workflows.
What You'll Do
- Own the back-end development lifecycle for new features, from architecture to deployment, ensuring scalable and reliable capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design event-driven, cloud-native systems supporting document management and processing.
- Build and optimize APIs for internal and external integrations, ensuring seamless interactions with front-end systems.
- Scale infrastructure to handle growing volumes of documents and workflows efficiently.
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines for automated document processing and analysis.
- Mentor other engineers, review code, and implement best practices to maintain technical excellence.
- Collaborate with other backend engineers across product lines to align on architecture, shared components, and engineering standards.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a back-end engineer.
- Strong expertise in Python.
- Strong expertise in Azure.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality software independently in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, balancing speed and quality effectively.
