Jobgether is looking for a Senior Marketing Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of our marketing team. You will build innovative solutions that automate workflows, integrate systems, and unlock new capabilities beyond our core marketing technology stack. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Platform Operations, Marketing Operations, RevOps, and Analytics to ensure data, systems, and automation support scalable marketing programs.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain custom scripts, APIs, connectors, and micro-apps to enhance marketing platforms.
Develop AI-driven automations including predictive lead scoring, next-best-action engines, and personalized content using generative AI.
Collaborate with data science teams to integrate machine learning models into marketing workflows.
Ensure automations meet governance, scalability, and performance standards.
Design and maintain data pipelines to support AI models, reporting, and analytics.
Ensure data quality and enrichment to enable accurate predictions and personalization.
Work with Analytics teams to deliver insight-ready datasets for marketing decision-making.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in marketing engineering, marketing technology, data engineering, or software development.
Strong coding skills in JavaScript (Node.js), Python, SQL, and API development.
Experience with martech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment, Clay) and cloud integrations.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and customer journeys.
Excellent problem-solving, innovation, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as predictive modeling, clustering, or NLP, and experience integrating AI tools or APIs.
