We're seeking a skilled Senior Back End Engineer to lead the design and implementation of core services within our cloud-native Central Management Portal. You'll play a central role in evolving RESTful APIs built in Go, driving backend development, and ensuring long-term scalability and reliability across distributed systems.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and API endpoints that power key platform capabilities
- Own the architecture and ongoing improvement of both public and internal APIs
- Collaborate with engineers across teams to deliver seamless experiences in the management interface
- Work extensively with PostgreSQL, PubSub, OpenFGA, and other cloud-native technologies to develop resilient systems
- Integrate security, testing, and observability practices into development workflows from the start
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools to improve deployment speed and system reliability
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentorship, and thoughtful architectural guidance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale
- Strong expertise in Go and backend development best practices
- Experience extending and integrating REST APIs in production environments
- Commitment to secure, well-tested, and maintainable code
- Ability to communicate clearly and document technical systems effectively

- Familiarity with a fast-moving, learning-oriented team culture
