Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies as part of our strategy & operations approach to best serve customers and help merchant partners grow their businesses
- Analyze the customer and use that data to inform strategy
- Assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions, and iterate based on data
- Validate potential new business strategies through rigorous testing you run
- Ensure we can derive measurable and actionable insights from our key initiatives and share those learnings with the broader team
- Launch, get 1% better every day, and scale something completely new
- Handle everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in strategy consulting, strategy and operations, retail, or fast-moving technology companies
- Self-starter – you have a bias for action and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Problem solver – you have a talent for synthesising complex problems, can translate high-level goals into actionable plans, and enjoy implementing a process
- Proven analytical skills – you have a working knowledge of SQL, are proficient at quickly understanding a problem and developing action oriented hypotheses, and conduct deep-dive analyses into specific issues to bottom out root cause analysis
