Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one meetings to assess client financial objectives and needs
- Educate individuals on life insurance and retirement savings options
- Design personalized plans based on client circumstances and goals
- Host informational sessions and seminars for community groups or organizations
- Follow up with prospects to guide decision-making and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Stay current on product offerings, regulations, and market trends
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth policy processing
- Provide ongoing service to existing clients to adjust plans as life changes occur
- Develop relationships with referral sources and strategic partners
- Meet or exceed performance targets for client acquisition and sales volume
- Communicate policy benefits clearly and ethically
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Use digital tools to manage schedules, track leads, and report progress
