About the Role
This role is responsible for building and managing Anaplan models used across finance, sales, and operations planning functions. The individual will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional models, support system integrations, and ensure data integrity and model performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Anaplan models to support financial and operational planning processes
- Collaborate with business partners to gather and analyze planning requirements
- Translate business logic into scalable and maintainable model structures
- Perform data mapping and coordinate integration between Anaplan and source systems
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure model accuracy and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve model performance issues
- Document model architecture, workflows, and configuration details
- Support user training and provide ongoing model maintenance
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
- Stay current with Anaplan platform updates and best practices
- Optimize existing models for efficiency and usability
- Assist in the development of standardized modeling approaches
- Participate in agile project teams delivering planning solutions
- Work closely with IT and data engineering teams on data pipelines
- Support month-end and quarter-end planning cycles
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for planning systems
- Monitor system usage and provide recommendations for enhancements
- Facilitate model change management and version control
- Ensure alignment with enterprise data standards
- Assist in testing and deploying Anaplan platform upgrades
