EX Squared is looking for a Senior Area Sales Manager to own and grow our business within Nigeria. This role is pivotal in developing a strategic sales plan, forging key partnerships, and driving significant revenue growth for the company.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Nigerian market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Forecast sales and track performance metrics against targets.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian business landscape and sales ecosystem.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling technology solutions or services.
- An established network of contacts within relevant industries in Nigeria.
