The North America Financial Services Consulting team is seeking an accomplished Senior Architect specializing in Enterprise Automation Platform. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to premier financial institutions globally, driving enterprise-grade automation adoption. You will work remotely and on-site to design, deliver, and operationalize resilient, secure, and reusable automation solutions addressing complex business challenges in highly regulated environments. What you will do: - Lead architecture, design, and delivery of sophisticated Enterprise Automation Platform solutions for Financial Services clients - Convert regulatory, risk, availability, and operational requirements into scalable, secure, and reusable automation frameworks, playbooks, roles, and collections - Function as primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor on automation strategy for designated accounts - Execute scoping/pre-sales calls, discovery workshops, maturity assessments, and proof-of-concept engagements to identify and prioritize automation opportunities - Develop and implement production-grade playbooks for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, application deployment, compliance coding, security orchestration, and operational processes - Integrate Platform with client ecosystems: public clouds, virtualization platforms, network devices, service management systems, configuration databases, identity systems, and secret management platforms - Diagnose complex, multi-system automation challenges in production environments - Guide customer teams and junior consultants on automation best practices, GitOps, event-driven methodologies, and DevOps culture - Contribute reusable assets to internal knowledge repositories and broader automation communities - Maintain comprehensive expertise in automation portfolio and track emerging technological capabilities - Acquire and maintain multiple professional certifications What you will bring: - 7+ years enterprise IT experience in infrastructure, operations, or development - 5+ years deep production experience with automation technologies - Demonstrated track record designing enterprise automation solutions in regulated environments - Expertise with legacy configuration management tools - Proficiency in programming languages and infrastructure-as-code practices - Comprehensive understanding of modern DevOps toolchains - Hands-on experience integrating automation across cloud and virtualization platforms - Working knowledge of IT security and compliance standards - Exceptional communication capabilities across technical and executive levels - Proven consulting delivery experience Nice to have: - Advanced professional certifications - Financial services industry background - Experience with emerging automation technologies - Proven large-scale migration expertise - Network automation capabilities - Service management integration skills - Container platform operational experience - Secret management and identity federation familiarity The salary range for this position is $131,420.00 - $216,870.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications. Pay will be determined considering job location, experience, skills, market value, and internal equity. The compensation package may include salary, potential bonuses, commissions, and equity opportunities.
