Cushman & Wakefield Global, Inc seeks a Senior Appraiser to lead a full spectrum of valuation and consulting projects. You will drive commercial real estate valuation engagements, delivering best-in-class results to a dynamic client base.
What You'll Do
- Appropriately engage valuation assignments
- Identify the scope of work and determine appropriate valuation approaches and methodology
- Complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects
- Deliver best-in-class results to a dynamic client base
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified General Appraiser license
- 5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate
- Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL
