Responsibilities
- Lead analytics engineering initiatives within the Sales and Marketing division and contribute significantly to data quality, performance, and automation projects in Data Science.
- Act as the primary data steward for Sales and Marketing by designing and enhancing data collection systems, building ETL processes, and delivering dashboards, aggregations, and reports for business tracking, advertising, and marketing activities.
- Design and manage reliable data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming data at scale.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain the integrity and efficiency of data workflows.
- Build intuitive internal tools and applications used by Data Science and cross-functional teams to simplify data analysis and reporting.
- Promote broad usage of analytics tools with a strong emphasis on automation, consistency, and dependable performance.
- Lead strategic initiatives to foster a data-driven culture by expanding self-service data access across the organization.
- Offer technical mentorship, coaching, and training to data scientists and other technical collaborators.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineering leads, and executives to define and advance the organization’s data foundation strategy and roadmap.
