Clean Power Alliance is hiring a Senior Analyst, Research and Marketing to make our marketing efforts data-driven and optimized. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and analyzing performance dashboards and digital metrics to guide strategy and report insights to senior leadership.
What You'll Do
- Manage marketing research processes, serving as the subject matter expert for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators across digital channels.
- Design, implement, and manage surveys, brand tracking studies, customer satisfaction research, and segmentation efforts.
- Analyze customer and campaign data from systems like Salesforce to support performance reporting and optimization.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to uncover actionable insights and create personas for targeted campaigns.
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations to drive stakeholder alignment and campaign success.
- Create, enhance, and manage reporting efforts including engagement, traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure consistency and accuracy of data reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external research vendors.
- Provide ownership for marketing and research processes by managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coach and delegate to cross-functional team members involved in project execution.
- Support Finance with budget, accounting, reporting, and audit efforts as needed.
- Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions to senior leadership, and lead implementation of new tools and automation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising and supporting junior staff with day-to-day guidance and training.

- Excellent organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into non-technical language.
- High tolerance for uncertainty and a strong ability to bring issues to resolution.
- A strong work ethic, comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work at a desk and on a computer for prolonged periods.
- A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, customer research, or performance reporting.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Digital Strategy and works closely with internal teams including Customer Programs, Data and Systems, and Rates and Strategy.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position, working from our Downtown Los Angeles office and remotely, serving Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
