What You'll Do

Lead data-related projects from conception to completion, setting timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage resources and budgets for data initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including account/regional directors and facility managers.
Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
Translate complex data concepts into easy-to-understand insights for stakeholders.
Develop and deliver data literacy training to team members and clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to business units and accounts, providing data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
Extract, collect, and gather data from various sources, including live data streams.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all platforms.
Develop and maintain data pipelines.
Implement data governance practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Identify data-related issues and determine root causes.
Manage data access, including assigning passwords and maintaining database access.
Participate in data integration projects and initiatives.
Comply with and contribute to data standardization efforts.
Audit database access and requests for data accuracy.
Continually review processes for improvement.
Conduct complex data analysis using advanced statistical methods.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.
Develop predictive models and forecasts to support business objectives.
Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance data capabilities.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the data analytics practice.

What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
Medium to Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
