Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Finance Transformation team. In this integral role, you will support the implementation of AI and advanced technology solutions to drive innovation and efficiency across the Finance organization, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, assist with deployment strategies, and help integrate AI technologies into business processes.
What You'll Do
- Support the execution of the strategic direction for AI deployment within Finance, working with leadership and stakeholders to operationalize proof of concepts and larger program deployments.
- Engage business partners to identify and prioritize AI use cases; help assess feasibility, risks, and value creation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to help ensure AI solutions are developed and implemented in alignment with relevant regulations, privacy, and ethical standards.
- Help define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI projects; assist in evaluating success, impact, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in the development and operationalization of AI deployment roadmaps and strategies; prepare status updates for management as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external vendors to stay informed on AI trends and best practices.
- Assist with change management, training, and communications to encourage adoption and understanding of AI technologies.
- Stay up to date on AI advancements and support continuous improvement within the team’s AI processes.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical staff to enable effective integration of AI solutions into business workflows.
- Mentor and support a culture of innovation and collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, AI/ML projects, automation, or technology-enabled business transformation.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to align technology and AI projects with organizational objectives.
- Proven data science knowledge or hands-on experience is required, including familiarity with machine learning, data analysis, and AI methodologies in real-world business settings.
- Experience managing or supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with financial systems and processes.
- Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced or changing environments.
- Passion for continuous improvement and staying updated on industry trends.
- Ability to get results through collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Finance Transformation team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including the Business Technology Systems (“BTS”) organization, data scientists, project managers, and business stakeholders.
