Adsmasters GmbH is hiring a Senior Amazon Account Manager (m/w/d) to take ownership of our most complex and strategically relevant customer projects. In this role, you will actively shape the agency's development by focusing on quality, ownership, and our 'Still Day One' mentality, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and management.
What You'll Do
- Strategically manage and steer customer accounts, including complex Seller and Vendor setups with large assortments, international listings, Amazon Business, and FBA logistics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through strategic consulting.
- Proactively identify opportunities and risks within accounts and act on them.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage all project tasks using the project tool Monday.
- Provide realistic effort estimations, clean documentation, and clear deadlines.
- Ensure quality, implementation speed, and result orientation across all projects.
- Provide professional guidance to Junior Account Managers, content and design stakeholders, and external freelancers.
- Conduct active capacity management, including realistic resource and time planning.
- Manage Amazon SEO, variant logic, flatfiles, feed structures, and the content funnel.
- Work routinely in Seller Central, Vendor Central, support systems, Brand Stores, and the A+ Editor.
- Use relevant Amazon tools like Helium10, Amalyze, and Sellerboard.
- Develop internal processes, SOPs, and templates to improve efficiency.
- Identify new service potentials such as SEO packages, review strategies, and tool evaluations.
- Pilot and test new services, providing evaluation and scaling recommendations.
- Participate in cross-team projects to improve overall quality and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller and Vendor Management.
- Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, content, flatfiles, variant logic, feed structures, and index logic.
- Very good project management skills, ideally with experience using Monday.
- A clear eye for resource planning and realistic timings.
- Routine in leading customer meetings, workshops, and webinars.
- Proactivity: you recognize problems and opportunities before they arise.
- Transparent, solution-oriented communication skills, both internally and externally.
- An innovative mindset: you test new ways, tools, and processes and document your learnings.
