Truelogic Software is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer – Risk & Compliance Technology. You will be instrumental in building scalable AI-powered systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) for document understanding, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent classification. You'll design and optimize LLM pipelines that drive smarter workflows, improve automation, and enhance the customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement systems that integrate LLMs into production environments (e.g., summarization, classification, RAG pipelines).
- Fine-tune or adapt foundation models to suit domain-specific use cases.
- Build and maintain prompt-based and retrieval-augmented workflows to improve accuracy and context.
- Evaluate and benchmark LLM performance on custom tasks and datasets.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build end-user features powered by AI.
- Monitor and optimize inference performance, latency, and cost.
- Stay current with the latest in NLP research, tooling, and model architectures.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in AI/ML engineering.
- At least 1 year of hands-on work with LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python and experience integrating models via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval techniques.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning practices.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to deployed AI-powered products or internal tools.
