Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle development of enterprise-level agentic AI systems
- Take ownership of solution design, effort estimation, and delivery timelines
- Serve as a senior technical advisor in Agile/SCRUM environments to meet client objectives
- Mentor less experienced engineers to ensure high-quality, scalable implementations
- Manage technical discussions with clients, validate requirements, and build trust with stakeholders
- Enforce ethical AI standards, including monitoring, auditability, and regulatory compliance
