EY is looking for a Senior AI Consultant specializing in ML/LLM Operations within our Technology Consulting team. You will be instrumental in driving innovation through advanced AI and large language model solutions, helping to build a better working world.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize NLP solutions, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models in production.
- Design and implement machine learning and natural language processing workflows using Python or R.
- Build and manage modern CI/CD pipelines and version control systems for AI projects.
- Utilize containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies for scalable deployments.
- Architect solutions on leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) leveraging their AI/ML offerings.
- Manage complex AI projects from conception to production, ensuring robust data modeling and ETL processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI, MLOps, or related consulting roles.
- Strong expertise in Python or R, specializing in machine learning and NLP workflows.
- Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
- Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git and GitHub.
- Practical knowledge of large language models and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or OpenAI.
- Experience developing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs in production environments.
- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and big data technologies like Apache Spark and Hadoop.
- Proven capability to mentor junior team members and manage complex projects.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, thriving in collaborative consulting environments.
