Role Overview
We’re seeking a seasoned engineer to drive technical integrations for our identity and data management platform. This role focuses on building and maintaining robust, low-latency connections across the digital advertising ecosystem. You’ll take full ownership of client-side JavaScript tags, server-to-server interfaces, and adserver integrations, ensuring seamless deployment for publishers and partners.

- Develop and support key-value integrations with major ad servers including Google Ad Manager and Xandr
- Architect and deploy high-performance server-to-server integrations with DSPs, identity providers, and ad platforms
- Build and manage pixel-based tracking for campaign attribution and measurement
What We’re Looking For
You have a strong background in adtech systems and deep experience in JavaScript and Python. You’ve worked at a publisher, data provider, or supply-side platform and understand the operational realities of real-time bidding, identity resolution, and tag delivery. You’re comfortable owning technical integrations from design to production.
Required Skills
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience
- Expertise in JavaScript and Python, with a focus on performance-critical, production systems
- Proven experience integrating with ad servers such as Google Ad Manager or Xandr
- Direct experience in publisher, DMP, or SSP environments
Preferred Background
- Experience with identity graphs, ID resolution, or cookieless identity frameworks
- Familiarity with privacy compliance standards such as TCF and consent management platforms
- Proficiency in Rust, particularly in backend or performance-sensitive contexts
Work Environment
This is a freelance position at 80–100% capacity, initially for six months with a clear path toward full-time conversion. Work can be conducted remotely within ±4 hours of Central European Time, or from our offices in Zurich or Berlin. You’ll join a technically strong, collaborative team building infrastructure for a more private web.
