Seneca Family of Agencies is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our Executive Director and other leadership team members. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, organization, and project execution for our leadership team.
What You'll Do
- Prepare correspondence and special project documents, including letters, memos, and protocols.
- Maintain schedules for the Executive Director and other assigned leadership team members.
- Handle all aspects of departmental and interagency meetings, including minutes, agendas, and follow-up.
- Make arrangements for meetings and events, including purchasing refreshments, scheduling rooms, and contacting attendees.
- Maintain the Executive Director’s filing system.
- Coordinate projects as directed by the Executive Director.
- Serve as a liaison for staff communication with the Executive Director and leadership.
- Distribute assignments to designated team members as directed.
- Develop and track reports as directed.
- Demonstrate professional behavior consistent with Seneca's mission and philosophy.
What We're Looking For
- Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree + 1 year of applicable work experience, OR an Associate degree or equivalent + 2 years of applicable experience, OR a High school diploma/GED + 3 years of applicable experience.
- Applicable experience includes any paid or unpaid administrative work requiring customer service, data entry, prioritizing multiple projects under strict deadlines, and coordinating across departments.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe suite, and electronic databases.
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to obtain TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and meet other state/federal licensing requirements.
- A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca's insurance policy.

You will directly assist the Executive Director and other members of the agency’s leadership team, providing essential support to facilitate their work.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation starts at $29.50 - $32.00 per hour. Salary is dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications and increases each year.
