Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients and becoming an essential business partner in helping them to deliver over and above their campaign and marketing objectives.
- Take ownership in leading integrated campaigns and projects from conception to completion, including creative brief writing, budget and timeline management and shoot planning.
- Manage client expectations of deadlines and cost estimates – within overall management of the client billing process.
- Work with internal stakeholders – Strategy, Creative, Production and Studio to ensure briefs are communicated and understood.
- Continually look to capture campaign learnings, implement improvements and create better outcomes for clients’ work
- Prepare and write original briefs (creative, media and production) with support from strategy, Account Directors/Business Director.
- Provide timely and detailed analysis and reporting on campaigns, in consultation with the client’s media team.
- Be comfortable presenting to clients and promptly collating feedback.
- Ensure that all work produced by the agency is of the highest standard possible and delivers to the required client brief.
- Attend shoots along with the account management and creative team.
- Inspire, motivate and/or engage relevant agency departments to deliver work that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Be an excellent ambassador of our brand, demonstrating our brand values.
- Work alongside an Account Manager and supporting the Account Directors and Business Director to take on any new challenges, priding yourself on delivering an array of fast-paced, high-quality communications.
