Employment Hero is hiring a Senior Account Executive (UK) - Direct Sales

About the Role

Employment Hero is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition in the UK market. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close, partnering with the SDR team to maximize conversion and consistently deliver monthly targets.

What You'll Do

  • Win new business across the UK market, prospecting, pitching, demoing, and closing deals across a wide range of verticals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to final close.
  • Partner closely with the SDR team to maximize opportunity conversion.
  • Deliver a consistent monthly quota through high-quality pipeline management.
  • Present to and negotiate with C-suite and senior HR executives.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and the Partnerships team to qualify and progress inbound and outbound leads.
  • Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Hit monthly revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling.
  • Contribute to a culture of learning, energy, and high performance within the sales team.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales within a HR or Payroll tech SaaS environment.
  • A track record of managing and closing full sales cycles.
  • Confidence operating in a high-volume, fast-paced sales setting.
  • A history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Hunger, curiosity, tenacity, and a team-first mindset.
  • Ambition to grow professionally.
