About the Role

Veeam Software seeks a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise to drive sales growth within the Swiss private sector. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and closing business by strategically leveraging our partner sales community to identify, nurture, and secure transactions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and close business within the private sector.
  • Leverage partners to close sales with their end customers.
  • Make cold calls to develop sales activities with new mid-market and high-segment accounts.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell to the existing private customer base.
  • Manage forecasts and account/opportunity details in Salesforce.
  • Propose, coordinate, and participate in marketing activities in the territory.

What We're Looking For

  • Enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience selling through channel and direct models.
  • Track record of accomplishment selling in the private market to IT infrastructure specialists.
  • Proven ability to develop new sales.
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Be a high-energy salesperson.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly.
  • Be comfortable travelling for at least 50% of the time.
  • Current full driving license.
  • Business proficient language skills in German & English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with vendors associated with Virtualization technology.
