FastSpring is hiring a Senior Account Executive - APAC

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts in the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences for networking.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.
  • Leverage CRM tools for effective sales management.
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and campaigns.
  • Handle client objections and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics for improvement.
  • Support the team in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide input on product development based on client feedback.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the finance team for invoicing and payments.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
