The RRS Group & Co. is hiring a Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and test integration requests for preferred, approved, and non-approved products.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to monitor trends in property technology and client feedback.
• Support customer experience teams, internal groups, and clients in defining minimum requirements for new product adoption.
• Perform in-depth needs analysis by engaging with senior leaders and team members to identify suitable technology solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
• Participate in discussions and presentations about goals, roadmaps, and performance metrics for Property Management Software.
• Test, oversee, and record the approval or rejection status of integration efforts involving internal Property Management Software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project parameters and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Take ownership of tasks tied to the rollout or improvement of Property Management Software systems.
• Create clear communication materials and compelling presentation content.
• Rank integration and implementation initiatives based on evolving business priorities.
• Engage with internal and external partners to confirm service designs meet agreed-upon performance standards.
• Assume full accountability for the design phase across all lifecycle stages of integrations, from initial research through operation.
• Lead efforts to collect business requirements, document existing workflows, and assess data in context of project goals.
