Trendyol is looking for a Seller Operations Professional to ensure exceptional performance and satisfaction across our seller ecosystem. You will play a key role in analyzing operational data, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions to streamline seller processes.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics and operational KPIs.
- Identify and troubleshoot process inefficiencies impacting seller experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for seller-facing processes and policies.
- Contribute to projects aimed at scaling seller operations and enhancing platform capabilities.
